ABOUT CHEF SANJAI

 

Chef Sanjai has spent nearly 25 years in the world of Ayurveda, food, and wellness. For the last 18 years, he has taught Ayurvedic cuisine at Vedika Global, the Ayurveda and Vedanta nonprofit he co-founded with his life partner, Acharya Shunya, in the San Francisco Bay Area.

There, he curated and taught more than 200 healing recipes rooted in classical Ayurveda, seasonal wisdom, and traditional Indian cooking. Today, Chef Sanjai offers Ayurvedic cooking classes, hosted meals, private food sessions, and online or onsite workshops for individuals, families, and organizations seeking food that is healthy, soulful, and deeply delicious.
